We believe that the market will continue to reward investments made in profitable companies with strong revenue growth regardless of specific industry. In specific, most of our companies meet these criteria:

• Financial, retail, life sciences, technology, software and internet-related businesses
• Seeking investments from $100,000 to $500,000
• Presence in California
• All stages of development

We avoid investments in industries that require a significant outlay of capital such as telecommunications, optical networks, semi-conductors, and hardware.

To be considered for funding, please submit a three to five page Executive Summary section out of your business plan to plans@cxoventures.com. Please do not send an entire business plan at this time. Please include extensive biographical information for the key personnel in your company as well as information about your market and your competitive differentiation.

We will contact you within two weeks after our initial review is completed. At that time you will receive a request for further information or be informed that CXO Ventures will not be investing.
